Your results depend on many factors including your health history, consistency, lifestyle, and individual physiology. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, cycle restoration, weight loss, or physique changes.
4. Coaching Services
Our 1:1 coaching program is a 3-month educational wellness coaching engagement. It includes personalized nutrition and training guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing support. The coaching relationship is not a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other licensed healthcare relationship.
By enrolling in coaching, you acknowledge that:
- You are voluntarily participating in a wellness coaching program
- You have consulted with your physician regarding your participation
- You understand the coaching is educational, not medical
- You take full responsibility for your health decisions
5. Payments & Refunds
Coaching payments are processed securely through Stripe. The investment for the 3-month coaching program is €2,200, payable in full or via a monthly payment plan. Due to the personalized nature of the coaching program, all sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days.
6. Quiz & Personalized Results
The Body & Cycle Analysis quiz provides general educational insights based on your responses. Results are algorithmically generated and are not a diagnosis or prescription. They are designed to provide awareness and direction, not to replace professional assessment. The metabolic type classification is educational and simplified for accessibility.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, methods, and educational materials — is owned by Youlance LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youlance LLC and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, services, or coaching program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.
