1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Youlance website, the Youlance Health App(the “App,” available on the Apple App Store and Google Play), coaching services, digital products (including the Bloodwork Companion), and community platform operated by Youlance LLC (30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan WY 82801, USA · EIN 38-4352682). By using our services, installing the App, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms.

Individual results vary. Testimonials and examples on this website and in the App represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of specific outcomes. Your results depend on many factors including your health history, consistency, lifestyle, and individual physiology. We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, cycle restoration, weight loss, or physique changes.

4. Coaching Services

Our 1:1 coaching program is a 3-month educational wellness coaching engagement. It includes personalized nutrition and training guidance, lifestyle recommendations, and ongoing support. The coaching relationship is not a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other licensed healthcare relationship.

By enrolling in coaching, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily participating in a wellness coaching program
• You have consulted with your physician regarding your participation
• You understand the coaching is educational, not medical
• You take full responsibility for your health decisions

5. Youlance Health App

The Youlance Health App is an educational wellness application that supports cycle-aware nutrition, movement, and daily reflection through two paths:

• Menstrual Rhythm — for users with a trackable cycle (phases: Nourish, Bloom, Radiate, Soften)
• Lunar Rhythm — for users whose cycle is absent, irregular, or in transition (phases: Reset, Bloom, Radiate, Soften)

The App provides phase-aligned recipes, workouts, grocery lists, daily insights, cycle tracking, calendar, daily check-in, and three intelligent tools (Recipe Generator, Meal Analysis, and Workout Generator). The intelligent tools and most phase-aligned content are part of the Premium subscription (see Section 8).

By creating an account and using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, that you are using the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, and that the information you provide during onboarding is true to the best of your knowledge. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

6. Bloodwork Companion (Mini-Tier)

The Bloodwork Companion (€127) is an educational digital product that includes 5 PDFs, a personalized AI-supported “Honest Reflection” on bloodwork you upload, and access to a 14-day refund window. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

• The reflection is educational only, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• The reflection is AI-supported. Markers are extracted and the reflection is written using large language models from Anthropic PBC, with deterministic safety thresholds layered on top. The reflection is reviewed against six audit protocols before delivery.
• The product is not for use during pregnancy or lactation. If you disclose pregnancy or lactation at upload, your purchase will be automatically refunded and you will be referred to a qualified healthcare provider.
• The product is not for minors (under 18) without parent or guardian consent.
• If your uploaded bloodwork shows values that exceed our automated critical-threshold checks (e.g. severely abnormal TSH, ferritin, glucose, hemoglobin), you will be automatically refunded in full and referred to your healthcare provider rather than receiving the reflection.
• You retain a 14-day refund window from purchase date for any reason. Refunds requested after 14 days are at our discretion.
• You consent to upload your bloodwork to our secure systems for AI-supported analysis. The PDF itself is processed in-memory and never persisted; the extracted marker values and generated reflection are stored in our records (see Privacy Policy for retention).

7. AI Use Disclosure

Our products use artificial intelligence (large language models provided by Anthropic PBC) for the following:

• Youlance Health App — Recipe Generator: Generates a phase-aligned recipe based on inputs you provide (ingredients, preferences).
• Youlance Health App — Meal Analysis: Analyzes a photo of a meal you submit and returns gentle, phase-aligned feedback.
• Youlance Health App — Workout Generator: Generates a phase-aligned workout based on your inputs (energy, equipment, goals).
• Bloodwork Companion: Extracts marker values from your uploaded panel and writes your personalized educational reflection.
• Body & Cycle Analysis quiz: Classifies your metabolic type based on your responses (algorithmic, not AI).

No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is automated by AI. Critical safety thresholds (which trigger an automatic refund in the Bloodwork Companion) are evaluated by a deterministic rule-based system, not by AI. AI outputs in the App are for educational and personalization purposes only and are not medical advice.

8. App Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The Youlance Health App offers Free and Premium tiers. Premium unlocks unlimited use of the three intelligent tools, all phase-aligned recipes and workouts, grocery lists, and premium insights.

Pricing

• Annual Plan: USD $99 per year (best value, around USD $8.25 per month)
• Monthly Plan: USD $14.99 per month

Apple App Store subscription terms

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price as the most recent subscription.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase, or directly from the App at Profile → My Subscription.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
• Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

The Apple Standard EULA also applies to your use of the App and is available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

9. Payments & Refunds (Coaching & Web Products)

Coaching payments are processed securely through Stripe. The investment for the 3-month coaching program is €2,200, payable in full or via a monthly payment plan. Due to the personalized nature of the coaching program, all sales are final. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 14 days.

10. Quiz & Personalized Results

The Body & Cycle Analysis quiz provides general educational insights based on your responses. Results are algorithmically generated and are not a diagnosis or prescription. They are designed to provide awareness and direction, not to replace professional assessment. The metabolic type classification is educational and simplified for accessibility.

11. Account & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the App or website in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, copy, or extract source code from the App
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or any of its content without our written permission
• Use automated means (scraping, bots) to access the App or website
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during onboarding

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from inside the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account).

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in the App — including text, images, graphics, logos, recipes, workout descriptions, insight text, AI prompts, methods, and educational materials — is owned by Youlance LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without our written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Youlance LLC and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, App, services, or coaching program — including any health-related decisions made on the basis of content provided by us. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction located in Wyoming, USA, except where applicable mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

EU/UK consumers retain the protections granted to them under their local mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Material changes affecting the App or your subscription will be notified by email or in-App notice where appropriate. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
