The Lunar Path
For women with a missing or irregular cycle, the moon becomes your guide. The lunar cycle mirrors the menstrual cycle — new moon as menstruation, waxing moon as follicular, full moon as ovulation, waning moon as luteal. This is how I recovered my own cycle after losing my period — by following the lunar rhythm until my body felt safe enough to create its own again.
